Team News:

Liverpool
Liverpool could welcome Naby Keita back into their squad for this match, with the midfielder returning to training earlier this week after two months out.

There were also fitness boosts ahead of the Leipzig game with Divock Origi and Ben Davies shaking off knocks to make the bench, but Liverpool do still have a lengthy list of absentees.

Fabinho and James Milner will both miss out again with muscle and hamstring issues respectively, while Saturday's derby will come too soon for Diogo Jota.

Joel Matip, Joe Gomez and Virgil van Dijk, the latter of whom was injured in the reverse fixture, all remain long-term absentees who may not feature again this season.

While Liverpool have been in poor form of late, Mohamed Salah has continued to score, with his strike in midweek - his 24th of the campaign - taking him beyond last season's goal tally already.
Liverpool possible starting lineup:
Alisson; Alexander-Arnold, Kabak, Henderson, Robertson; Thiago, Wijnaldum, Jones; Salah, Firmino, Mane
Liverpool Premier League form: LWWLLL
Liverpool form (all competitions): WWLLLW

Everton
Everton have been handed fitness boosts with Ancelotti confirming that both Allan and Dominic Calvert-Lewin should be fit to start on Saturday.

Allan has not featured since December 16, while Calvert-Lewin has missed the last two games with a hamstring injury and will be looking to score his ninth away goal of the season - something only Romelu Lukaku has done for Everton in a single Premier League campaign before.

Saturday's match will come too soon for Yerry Mina, though, while Jean-Philippe Gbamin is not expected back until next month.
Everton possible starting lineup:
Pickford; Coleman, Holgate, Keane, Digne; Doucoure, Allan; Rodriguez, Sigurdsson, Richarlison; Calvert-Lewin
Everton Premier League form: DLWDLL
Everton form (all competitions): LWDWLL

Head To Head
Liverpool have had a stranglehold over their Merseyside neighbours for more than a decade now, remaining unbeaten in their last 23 meetings across all competitions - their longest unbeaten run against an opponent in their entire history.

The majority of those games have ended in draws, though, including the reverse fixture, which ended 2-2 after a controversial match which saw Van Dijk and Thiago Alcantara suffer serious injuries, Jordan Pickford escape a red card, Richarlison sent off and VAR deny Liverpool a stoppage-time winner.

In the Premier League alone Everton have failed to win any of the last 20 editions of this derby, which is also their longest ever winless run against a single opponent in the competition.

The Toffees have not tasted victory on any of their last 20 trips across Stanley Park either, since Kevin Campbell netted the winner at Anfield in 1999.

Prediction: Liverpool 2-1 Everton
