Nigerian singer and Zanku Records founder, Omoniyi Temidayo Raphael popularly known as Zlatan Ibile has bought himself a house in Abuja. The artiste took to his verified Instagram page to make the announcement on September 14, 2021.

According to Zlatan, he has become the latest landlord in the Federal Capital Territory following his acquisition of a luxurious 7-bedroom fully detached Duplex in the nation’s capital. He shared a video of the property developer who owns the company and estate where the house is located.

The singer also posted photos of them taking a tour of the property. The Lagos Anthem crooner wrote on IG: ”LATEST LANDLORD IN ABUJA  I’m a proud owner of a luxurious 7 bedroom fully detached contemporary house in Abuja.”
