Nigerian singer, Paul Okoye aka Rude Boy has sent Nigerians a serious warning ahead of the 2023 presidential election.
 
This comes as Nigerians suffer due to fuel scarcity and erratic blackouts all over the country under the All Progressives Congress.
 
The singer in his Instastory post, said whatever Nigerians are going through at the moment should be a reminder to get their Permanent Voters Card (PVC).
