The transfer deal of Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen between Napoli and Lillie is being investigated by the police over what was categorized as suspected fraud. In a report shared by Il Mattino, La Repubblica, and Sky Sport Italia, in the course of investigating the deal offices of Napoli in Rome and Lillie in France, were raided as a part of the investigation. French media outlet L’Equipe also speculated that in the deal, which was announced to be at 81 million pounds, Lillie had reportedly just received 36 million euros.
