Police Arrest Notorious Kidnapper And APC Chieftain, Ibrahim Mumini Toyin In Ekiti State over allegations of kidnapping and political thuggery both for profit and personal gains.
APC has been long associated with touts like Ibrahim Toyin in the South-West, haven been know to be led by MC Oluomo and Kokozaria from Lagos state.
