Why on earth must a woman/lady go out without pant.  What happens if the unexpected happens? This shows the type of upbringing she has.  The nature of which women are created exposes them to a lot of infections once they leave themselves naked.  We are prone to infections and for this reason we should ensure we are puting on pants always, even the little child that plays around must not left without pants.

For men boxers is better.
