Nigerian media figure and content creator Kuye Adegoke, popularly known as Egungun of Lagos, was recently involved in a car accident, shocking and upsetting his fans.
On September 20, 2024, a video emerged showing Egungun sitting inside his damaged Mercedes Benz, which he had just purchased.
The footage captured a large crowd gathering around the accident scene, with onlookers filming the aftermath. Another vehicle involved in the crash was also severely wrecked.
As people surrounded Egungun, some called out his name while others speculated about his involvement in internet fraud, known as Yahoo Yahoo. He appeared troubled as he sat in his car, explaining the accident to someone nearby.
Fans have expressed concern for Egungun's well-being following the incident.
