different women mature at different age....the moment u get ur first menses,ur womb is ready for pregnancy....i guess these gals just mature fast....and do u also know that boys already have sperms while they are still in their mother's womb...by 22 weeks to be precise....its just that they are not manly yet to erect.... Are u really serious that boys already developed sperms while in their mother's womb, Plz teach me more on that! hahaha

yup....he already would have testes by 22-weeks and sperms are forming....but the sperms are actually immature sperms....

Probably something in their diets makes them that fertile or maybe it's in their environment.
