Smuggled goods should be contraband in the country, when did Bentley and 4 Matic Benz  become illegal products in Nigeria?  First of all, Bentley is not a car somebody can steal and ship abroad, which means that whoever imported it paid for it. "C" whatever can seize the rice but not cars that Nigeria cannot produce.
