Following The High Rate Of Herdsmen Attack, NYSC Suspends Orientation in Six States

Following the high rate of insecurity due to the Fulani herdsmen crisis in some states, the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Management has suspended the 2017 Batch “B” Stream ll Orientation Course scheduled to hold in Benue Camp.

They posted the statement on their official Facebook page informing all Prospective Corps Members deployed to Benue and Taraba States that the orientation course has been suspended.

According to the NYSC management, a new date will be communicated in due course and all inconveniences are highly regrettable.

Good. Its not even enough to postpone, they would have just cancel NYSC in those locations for now. Its students that suffers it if its postponed. By the time they are reschedule, some of them would be over age for entry level applicants in most organizations. I hope they post the corpers out to other states so it does not affect them
