Olujonwo Obasanjo made an application for binding over suit of ‘domestic violence’ where he claims his wife Tope Adebutu Obasanjo beat him and he feared for his life...
His suit has been thrown out for lacking merit  ....The suit was thrown out of Court by the Chief Magistrate Admin of the Igboosere Magistrate Court,Lagos, Chief Magistrate O.O. Oshin(Mrs),on the 8th of November, 2018.
