Nollywood actress Kate Henshaw has urged Nigerians to take care of their mental health and do what is necessary to stay afloat and healthy upstairs, stating that the nation is in depressing times.

This is coming amidst the recent killings, insecurity, and ultimately, the temporary indefinite ban of Twitter operations in Nigeria and truth be told, there is so much bad news and energy around that if care is not taken, average Nigerians will go ment.

Taking to Twitter to give her candid two cents, Kate Henshaw said people should talk to people or take a break if they need to, stating that at these times, everyone needs one another at optimum to get through the things going on in the nation.

“Talk to someone if you have to… Take a break… We are in depressing times.. Make person head no go blow like gasket for engine…. We need each other at optimum to get through this… #keepiton”, she tweeted.
