Meet the Highest Paid Youtuber in The World, Mr. Beast

Jimmy Donaldson popular known as MrBeast is currently the highest-paid Youtuber in the world with an earning of  $54m (£39m). MrBeast who is regarded as “Youtube’s biggest philanthropist” has 85.6million subscribers and over 10 billion views according to RNN.

His videos feature attention-grabbing stunts where he donates large amounts of money to people or hosting competitions in games, such as Minecraft, for big money prizes which includes donating a house in one of his gaming videos.

MrBeast joined Youtube in 2012, originally uploading videos of video game playthroughs and net worth estimates of fellow YouTubers. However, he went viral in January 2017 in a video where he counted to 100,000 in about 40 hours.

He began his donations when he started getting sponsorships from companies, such as Quid. He started giving money away to whoever he could: the homeless, Twitch streamers, family, friends, and followers. At one point, he walked around his city handing out $1,000 to multiple homeless people in the area. As his popularity grows, so does the amount of money Donaldson gives away.
