I try to give myself a "time out" to calm down and not allow my emotions to rule my actions, and during that time I vent to people I trust who can be
non judgemental, who can give me constuctive advice and calm my butt down. Then I will either confront the person or look right through them
but...................being human, sometime I can also react in a very unpleasant way

and infact at that momeent everybody around me will no that am angry becos it will show all around me and am tryin to put that action away
