RIP Bro. Another story of stray bullets, when would bullets stop taking the stray path? i agree that there are times things like this happen, but it is becoming too much, if it is not from robbers, then it is from the police. Atimes i want to believe the police commits more of the stray bullet crime than the robbers. it is high time the police  is trained to have fire discipline.
