Boboye Oyeyemi, a Corps Marshal of the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC), while presenting the accident Road Traffic Crash Investigation Interim Report to the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting presided by President Muhammadu Buhari said the death of the late Minister of State for Labour and Employment, James Ocholi has been majorly attributed to over speeding. Boboye also noted that late Ocholi’s driver, who passed away at the hospital was also operating without a license. He also said that investigations revealed that the impact of the accident was more on Ocholi and his family members who were seated at the rear seats without using seat belts.

even if them uee seat belt na the same thing, na the over speeding and Somersaulting kill them.
