The chairman and MD of the EFCC has come out to deny the involvement of the EFCC in the recent arrest of popular Nigerian socialite, Raymond Hushpuppi otherwise known by the name his parent gave him - Ramoni Igbalode. There were news today that the interpol is looking to extradite Hushpuppi to Nigeria for trial on financial crimes and money laundering but the EFCC chairman has come out to deny any knowledge of this, he said his commission is yet to be involved with the Hushpuppi's case.
This would likely suggest that another security commission, perhaps the FBI might be incharge of the case and it might not even involve the EFCC at all, since the commission has no knowledge of the ongoing case and arrest
