Hospitals And Doctors Are More Accessible In Nigeria Than UK - Nigerian Lady Based in The UK

A Nigerian Twitter user has taken to the microblogging platform to give her opinion about the healthcare system in the United Kingdom and Nigeria.

@HeartOfGold_ in her tweet claimed that hospitals are more accessible in Nigeria than in UK. She added that UK hospitals are only perfect for emergencies because they help within minutes.

The Twitter user also said asides emergencies, the hospitals are not really helpful.

She Tweeted;

''Hospitals and doctors are more accessible in Nigeria. This place is only perfect for emergencies because help will be with you in minutes literally so you’ll survive but anything outside emergency, they no send you

They told me to buy. I went to be buying immune boosters then (because of COVID). I now regret it. People bought antibiotics, drugs for diarrhea and all those other stuff. They don’t give you antibiotics here over the counter.''

Na so and yet Buhari will jet to London for a mere headache and his wife to Dubai for check up. Why are not using Nigerian’s healthcare since it better than UK? And it okay to regulate medication like antibiotics than to abuse it. They are saving your life.

Stupid talk coming from an foolish girl with loads of ignorance. Do you think UK is like Naija that would start to pump drugs into your system just because of minor complaints. There are very careful to administer drugs. They just don't administer drugs just because you have complained of headache, cold and the rest. Just look at you talking about antibiotics, so you think antibiotics is to be taken like jelly sweets.MuMu. This is how you be go about destroying your kidney with unnecessary drugs intake. This stupid woman is talking shit , UK is free . You don't have to pay to go see doctor or having treatments and major operations are free. because you pay through your tax and national insurance. Used to be good and quick but since COVID is been slow but nevertheless to compare Nigeria to UK in terms of that is just stupid and misleading.

black people with black mentality like you,have many places and UK is still one of the reasonable western world to be in. I don't know how you live your life but we re doing not too bad over here. Like said if you take your time to read my reply may be you will actually understand but you were so eager to reply and not bother to read and understand. We pay for it but the we you pay for it is easy and better at least you can get a treatment for simple thing and wait for major operations and never used to be like that.
