Lagos KAI Arrests Eight For Illegally Constructing Shrine On Main Road In Egbe, Ikotun

In a bid to maintain order and uphold the law, the Lagos State Environmental Sanitation Corps (KAI) has apprehended eight individuals for illegally constructing a shrine on the main road in Egbe, Ikotun.

The arrest, as announced through a statement shared on the official handle of the Lagos Commissioner for the Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources, occurred on Saturday, April 20.

According to the statement, the eight suspects were found in possession of charms and amulets, and their shrine, constructed on the main road, has been demolished by the authorities.
