A Nigerian woman living abroad has shared how her mother reacted when she made her segxwality known to her.
She explained that she came out to her mum as a l£sbian about a week ago.
Narrating what happened, she wrote on X:
"Came out to my mum about a week ago when she came to visit (more like she finally confronted me about it because I know she lowkey already knew) .
"The conversation was probably one of the best conversations I’ve ever had with her and i felt so safe talking about it with her.
"Plus she likes my girlfriend so much and i love that so much for us.
"We all hung out a few times before she left and it was so much fun."
