     When a Man Proposes Marriage, they say He's a gentleman, responsible and family-oriented but when a lady does same, they say She's lonely, weak and desperate like the desperate housewife. So, Is it wrong for a woman to propose Marriage?

there is nothing wrong in a woman doing that if really both of them derived true joy and love in each other. Tradition need to over look at times because is not a creation from God is a Law ur follow man made .
